Military Smocks

Very similar to a shirt, a military smock was an insulating outer layer that was initially given to forces in WWII. A military smock is ideal for military operations, or for casual wear when camping, as they have windproof and waterproof qualities perfect for keeping you snug and warm despite the weather. Originally being a garment that would be pulled over the head, nowadays many smocks have full-length zips. Worn over a shirt and under a jacket, a military smock provides extra layers to trap warm air, keeping you cosy as you hike and camp out in the wilderness. Military surplus smocks are usually plain, dark colours or camo-style patterned, meaning you will blend more easily into the scenery and be less visible on your survival excursions.
