The British Royal Navy PCS Fire Retardant Trousers are standard issue, to personal to help protect agains flash fires when out at sea.
Made from 75% cotton / 25% polyester blend treated with a fire-retardant dressing. Outfitted with 5 total pockets, including two deep slash waist pockets, two large angled thigh cargo pockets with storm flaps (secured via slotted buttons or Velcro), and one rear button-down pocket
Grade 1 issued, shows signs of wear but fully operational.

British Military Surplus Trousers consist of three measurements.
The first refers to the inside leg, the second refers to the waist and the third is the seat size.
