We aim to dispatch all items as fast as possible. However, at busy times there may be at least 1-2 days processing on certain items. If your order requires age verification, this needs to be completed before your order can be considered a completed order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them to Preppers Shop UK within 120 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging.

If you wish to return an item that has been used, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is still in good condition.

Any faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
