Tough 1000 denier IRR fabric, and rugged molle to attach pouches. Mesh weave inner, with 1cm padding for breathability and comfort. Strong D rings for yoke or shoulder strap configuration. 

Small: 79cm long hip pad    
Medium: 88cm long hip pad  
Large: 91cm long hip pad
