Preparation:

Each meal is supplied in an individual freeze-dried pouch with its own preparation instructions. Add the recommended amount of boiling water directly into the pouch. Stir thoroughly. Seal the pouch and leave to stand for the recommended time (typically 8–15 minutes depending on the meal). Stir again before eating. Store in a cool, dry place. The individual meal pouches are designed for convenient storage and transport, making the pack ideal for emergency preparedness, camping and extended outdoor adventures.
