Oatmeal Porridge Apple & Cinnamon (100g): Oatmeal (80%), sugar, apple powder (5%) (contains sulphites), spices including cinnamon (0.7%), turmeric and ginger.
Liver Pâté (100g): Pork fat tissue, water, pork liver (15%), pork meat, milk proteins (2%), salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), colouring (carmine) and preservative (sodium nitrite). May contain: Soya.
Graham Crispbread (50g): Rice flour, wholemeal wheat flour, wholemeal rye flour, wheat bran, potato starch, wheat flour and salt.
Banana Chips (50g): Banana (60%), coconut oil, cane sugar and natural banana flavouring. May contain: Peanuts and other nuts.
Instant Coffee (5g): 100% instant coffee.
Sugar (4g) Pure sugar.
Wet Wipe (5g) Contains deionised water, polysorbate 20, EDTA, fragrance, propylene glycol and citric acid anhydride. Intended for cleaning hands.

Preparation:
Oatmeal Porridge Apple & Cinnamon Open the pouch and spread the base. Carefully add approximately 250ml of boiling water (to line 4) whilst stirring continuously. Leave to stand for 8 minutes, stir again before eating and add more water if required. Instant Coffee Pour approximately 300ml of hot water into the pouch, seal and shake well for around 5 seconds before drinking. The liver pâté, crispbread, banana chips and sugar are ready to eat with no further preparation required. Store all products in a cool, dry place.
