Ingredients:
Rice Porridge with Strawberries (100g): Rice (58%), seasoning mix [skimmed milk powder (lactose-free), sugar, vanilla flavouring, rapeseed oil, salt, modified corn starch, thickeners (guar gum and xanthan gum), sunflower vegetable fat powder], freeze-dried strawberries (4%).
Liver Pâté (100g): Pork fat tissue, water, pork liver (15%), pork meat, milk proteins (2%), salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), colouring (carmine) and preservative (sodium nitrite). May contain: Soya.
Graham Crispbread (50g): Rice flour, wholemeal wheat flour, wholemeal rye flour, wheat bran, potato starch, wheat flour and salt.
Coconut Protein Bar (55g): Milk protein, glucose syrup, coating [sugar, vegetable oil and fat (palm, shea), reduced-fat cocoa, emulsifiers (sorbitan tristearate, sunflower lecithin), vanillin], fructose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, rapeseed lecithin, flavouring), coconut flakes, hydrolysed collagen, rapeseed oil, humectant (glycerol), water, flavouring, sunflower lecithin and salt. May contain: Egg and soya.
Instant Coffee (5g): 100% instant coffee.
Sugar (4g) Pure sugar.

Preparation:
Rice Porridge with Strawberries Open the pouch and spread the base. Carefully add approximately 250ml of boiling water (to line 4) whilst stirring continuously. Leave to stand for 15 minutes, stir again before eating and add more water if required. Instant Coffee Pour approximately 300ml of hot water into the pouch, seal and shake well for around 5 seconds before drinking. The liver pâté, crispbread, coconut protein bar and sugar are ready to eat with no further preparation required. Store all products in a cool, dry place.
